Shipping

We ship all orders within 24/48 hours from purchase confirmation. Shipments are made by courier to all destinations except the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, a few European countries and the rest of the world, which are carried out by certified mail. In all cases the tracking number will be available, in your order history, for you to know where your order is. The delivery time will be 2 to 3 working days for domestic destinations, 4 to 7 days for Europe and 1 to 3 weeks for the rest of Europe and international destinations.

The shipping address will be the one that you indicate when placing your order so, if it is incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing the order if the package is lost. We are not responsible for the possible customs costs, processing costs or any other extra charge that could be issued by the destination country.

Returns

You can cancel your order at any time and at no cost at all if it has not been collected by the carrier.
If you have already received it, you can return your purchase within seven days from reception.

Please note that skeins must keep the original seal or packaging. Once we receive your parcel, we will make a refund for the amount of your order minus the shipping costs which are not refundable.
