Refund policy

You can cancel your order at any time and at no cost at all if it has not been collected by the carrier.
If you have already received it, you can return your purchase within seven days from reception. Please note that skeins must keep the original seal or packaging. Once we receive your parcel, we will make a refund for the amount of your order minus the shipping costs which are not refundable.
