SHIPPING

We ship all orders within 24/48 hours from purchase confirmation. Shipments are made by certified mail through Correos (the Spanish Postal Office). In all cases the tracking number will be available, in your order history, for you to know where your order is. The delivery time will be 2 to 3 working days for domestic destinations, 4 to 7 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of Europe and international destinations.

The shipping address will be the one that you indicate when placing your order so, if it is incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing the order if the package is lost. We are not responsible for the possible customs costs, processing costs or any other extra charge that could be issued by the destination country.

Islas Baleares y Canarias: 12 €
Ceuta y Melilla: 17 €
European Union: 12 €
Rest of the World: 19 €

RETURNS

You can cancel your order at any time and at no cost at all if it has not been collected by the carrier.
If you have already received it, you can return your purchase within 14 days from reception. 

The skeins must be in their original condition, unwound and with their label attached. Once I receive the package, we will refund the purchase amount, deducting the shipping costs.

Please note returns are not accepted on magazines, books, patterns, wound skeins nor digital products.
