SHIPPING

We ship all orders within 24/48 hours from purchase confirmation. Shipments are made by certified mail through Correos (the Spanish Postal Office). In all cases the tracking number will be available, in your order history, for you to know where your order is. The delivery time will be 2 to 3 working days for domestic destinations, 4 to 7 days for Europe and 10 to 15 days for the rest of Europe and international destinations.

The shipping address will be the one that you indicate when placing your order so, if it is incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing the order if the package is lost. We are not responsible for the possible customs costs, processing costs or any other extra charge that could be issued by the destination country.

RETURNS

You may cancel your order at any time and free of charge, provided it has not yet been prepared.

Once your order has been received, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Skeins must be returned in their original condition, unwound and with their original labels attached. Once the parcel has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the purchase, less any return shipping costs.
